Being a student is hard as you have to keep up with academic curriculum, learn many things, write a lot of essays and prepare for exams. • Take breaks for snacks and drinks. Your brain and your body need energy, which is produced from food you eat. If you are studying all day, you need not only snacks but also something more substantial.
